Job Description

Consultant Role in Machine Learning (Adobe Products & License Management)

  1. Customer Interaction & Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, especially around Adobe products (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication on licensing, support, and product usage.
    • Use excellent communication skills to understand the clients requirements, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Engage in Q&A sessions with clients to clarify any technical or functional ambiguities, ensuring they are well-informed about product capabilities and licensing management.

  1. Machine Learning Expertise:

    • Apply machine learning techniques to help clients derive insights from their data (e.g., customer usage patterns, content creation trends).
    • Work on implementing AI models for enhancing Adobe product capabilities, such as automated content recommendations, predictive analytics, or product usage optimization.
    • Translate complex AI concepts and solutions into easy-to-understand terms for clients, ensuring the clients team can understand and adopt solutions.

  1. License Management:

    • Manage and optimize software licenses for Adobe products within client organizations, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
    • Help clients understand how to best allocate and manage Adobe licenses to suit their needs, balancing usage with budget constraints.
    • Analyze and recommend strategies for improving license management workflows using both AI tools and industry best practices.

  1. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Be a key player in ensuring the clients overall satisfaction by managing expectations, offering solutions to pain points, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Use your expertise in AI and machine learning to suggest smart solutions that streamline client processes and improve their Adobe product experiences.
    • Continuously assess client needs and offer proactive suggestions to enhance their use of Adobe products.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience

    : 4+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on machine learning, AI, or Adobe products.
  • Technical Knowledge

    :
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe software products (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud).
    • Familiarity with licensing models and management for Adobe products.
    • Practical experience applying machine learning algorithms and AI solutions to real-world business problems.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and automation tools that can improve product use and licensing efficiency.

  • Communication Skills

    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving

    : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about business needs and customer challenges.
  • Client-Centric

    : Proven track record in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.

    • Help clients understand and manage Adobes licensing models to align with their organizational needs.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, effective solutions and consistently exceeding client expectations.
    • Proactively address and resolve client pain points, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with business objectives.
    • Actively listen to client feedback and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience

    :
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting role, focusing on machine learning, AI, or Adobe products.
    • Proven track record of working with clients to manage software licenses, especially for Adobe products (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, etc.).
    • Strong experience applying machine learning algorithms to real-world business problems.

  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Strong understanding of Adobe products (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
    • Knowledge of Adobe product licensing models and management best practices.
    • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, AI technologies, and data analytics.
    • Familiarity with automation tools, data pipelines, and analytical platforms that can optimize license management and product usage.

  • Communication Skills

    :
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead discussions and present technical solutions in a client-friendly manner.
