Job Description

As a Relationship Manager (RM) within the Small Enterprises (SE) team, your primary role will be to source and manage a portfolio of clients with turnover up to 100 Cr. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-bank (NTB) clients in the small enterprise segment through market intelligence, references, and industry networking. - Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis, prepare detailed credit notes, evaluate risk, and structure proposals in line with banks' credit policies. - Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals, communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs. - Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation, and monitoring of early warning signals to maintain high asset quality and minimize delinquencies. - Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across various financial products. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in corporate/SME/ME banking. - Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills. - Proven ability to drive business and manage risk effectively.
