M365 Support Engineer with Azure

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. - Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory and Azure resources, ensuring proper configuration and access control. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain M365 and Azure solutions that meet organizational needs. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of M365 and Azure environments to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain documentation related to procedures, best practices, and resolutions to common issues. - Stay current with Microsoft innovations, updates, and best practices related to M365 and Azure. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. - Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services. - Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure resources. - Familiarity with identity management, security practices, and compliance standards within Microsoft environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate will be an advantage.
