  • Resolve issues related to services, orders, accounts, or system processes
  • Maintain accurate chat records and update relevant systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Meet productivity, quality, and response-time targets
  • Coordinate with operations, technical, or support teams when required
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality at all times
