Luxury Sales Associate

Job Description:
We are hiring a Luxury Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling our premium luxury products. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and current market trends.
• Ensure a visually appealing store display aligned with brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage inventory when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation required (any discipline).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury brands and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in retail or luxury sales is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
