About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our retail team in Mumbai. The role involves front-desk operations and direct sales engagement, where you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience and converting walk-in customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the front desk
• Understand customer preferences and requirements
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and brand value clearly
• Provide a personalized and high-end customer experience
• Convert customer interactions into sales
• Maintain proper display and presentation of products
• Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to luxury retail standards

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a sales-oriented approach
• Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality
• Willingness to work in a retail and customer-facing environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, or showroom sales (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to handle high-value customers professionally
• Basic understanding of sales processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
