Position: Luxury Sales Associate

The Luxury Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales goals in a high-end jewelry retail environment. This role requires strong product knowledge, professionalism, and a client-focused approach that reflects the brand’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and high-quality service to clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and collections
• Assist clients with product selection, styling, and after-sales support
• Handle transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support inventory management and stock control
• Adhere to brand policies, procedures, and luxury service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Sales-driven with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-value clients
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or watches
