Role Description

This is a contract role for a Luxury Performance Marketing Strategist. The strategist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the luxury fashion market. Daily tasks include conducting market research, formulating marketing strategies, and communicating effectively across teams. This is a hybrid role, located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility.


• Lead Meta (Instagram + Facebook) ad strategy for Hueéd from launch onwards

• Design emotionally intelligent ad funnels tailored for luxury buyers (TOF → MOF → BOF)

• Collaborate with the creative director to develop on-brand ad visuals and copy

• Set up & manage cold traffic, remarketing, and conversion campaigns

• Use pixel data, customer behavior, and emotional triggers to optimize ad performance

• Analyze ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics — but within a luxury lens

• Suggest landing page and UX improvements based on ad performance



Qualifications

  • Market Research and Research skills
  • Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Previous experience in luxury fashion or a related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience running high-ROAS Meta campaigns (ideally for fashion, beauty, luxury)

• Understanding of psychology-driven marketing and high-ticket buying behavior

• Strong in targeting, custom audiences, and offer positioning for premium segments

• Ability to collaborate on creative — you get that visuals in luxury are everything

• Comfortable working with brands that sell emotion, not utility
