As our Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our Relationship Managers to fulfil the unique requests of our members and guests. While your primary focus will be on the execution and accurate documentation of booking requests, you will also research rare luxury items and exceptional experiences that delight our members.
As you will represent TENco with high-profile clients, we expect excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation that reflects discretion and the standards of a luxury environment.
