Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement loyalty and referral sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.
Engage with existing customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat purchases or referrals.
Conduct regular touchpoints, events, and campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and program participation.
Identify and track potential referrals through CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute referral promotions, communication material, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain detailed records of referrals, incentives, and program effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Analyze customer data to identify high-potential segments for loyalty and referral initiatives.
Provide regular MIS and performance reports to management.
Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term trust.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
