Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement loyalty and referral sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.
  • Engage with existing customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat purchases or referrals.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints, events, and campaigns to strengthen customer relationships and program participation.
  • Identify and track potential referrals through CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute referral promotions, communication material, and customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of referrals, incentives, and program effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-potential segments for loyalty and referral initiatives.
  • Provide regular MIS and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
