Overview:

As a Low-Level IoT Specialist in our dynamic startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IoT landscape by developing and implementing innovative, reliable, and secure IoT solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our systems and devices meet the highest standards of performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-level software for IoT devices, including firmware, drivers, and communication protocols.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software with electronic components and systems.
• Optimize system performance with a focus on low-power consumption, efficient data processing, and robust security measures.
• Develop and implement algorithms for sensor data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with IoT security standards and best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance IoT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in IoT systems.
• Document technical specifications, development processes, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IoT solutions with product goals and user needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Expertise Required:

• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, including sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and communication technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C*, C++, or assembly* for low-level IoT development.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, firmware development, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Knowledge of IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, Bluetooth, Zigbee, or LoRaWAN.
• Familiarity with IoT security principles and best practices.
• Ability to optimize software for power efficiency and minimal resource usage.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• At least 3–10 years of relevant experience in low-level software development, preferably in an IoT context.
• Prior experience in a startup or dynamic tech environment is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,168.17 - ₹100,546.40 per month
