Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor CCTV and conduct regular stock and security audits
Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or discrepancies
Check system vs physical stock and support inventory reconciliation
Maintain incident reports and follow loss-prevention procedures
Coordinate with store, warehouse, and operations teams to minimize losses

Preferred candidate profile

Good observation and communication skills
Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations
Integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to work in shifts
