Puravankara Limited is looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in developing advertising campaigns for clients in the health, consumer and lifestyle sectors. This is a flexible remote opportunity with performance-based compensation and a creative, results-oriented work environment.

🧩 What will you be responsible for?

- Plan, set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

- Optimize performance based on real-world data, customer segments and bidding strategies

- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to align advertising messaging and optimize landing pages

- Track, analyze results and deliver detailed reports with recommendations for improvement

🔍 Who are we looking for?

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta

- Understanding of conversion funnels and return on ad spend (ROAS) metrics

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and bidding automation tools

- Google Ads and Meta certification is a plus, not required
