🎯 Part-Time Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Specialist to support our clients across wellness, lifestyle, and e-commerce. If you're passionate about paid media and love turning data into real results — we’d love to meet you!

🧩 What You’ll Do

-Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

-Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data, audience insights, and bidding strategies

-Collaborate with our creative and CRO teams to make sure ads and landing pages are working hand-in-hand

-Track results, create reports, and share clear, actionable insights

🔍 What We’re Looking For

-1–2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

-A solid understanding of lead generation funnels and how to improve ROAS

-Comfortable using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and automated bidding tools

-Certifications (Google Ads, Meta) are a plus — not a dealbreaker though!
