Looking for Web3 Developer

We are seeking an experienced Web3 Developer to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in blockchain development, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and modern Web3 tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
• Build and maintain dApps, integrating front-end interfaces with blockchain protocols.
• Implement Web3 functionalities using frameworks such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar.
• Work with blockchain networks like Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, etc.
• Develop and optimize REST / GraphQL APIs for Web3 applications.
• Integrate wallets such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, etc.
• Ensure high standards of security, gas optimization, and performance.
• Perform smart contract audits, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, Backend).
• Maintain documentation for smart contracts, APIs, and Web3 integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of total development experience, with 2+ years in Web3/blockchain.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or both.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum ecosystem, EVM chains, or Solana.
• Knowledge of blockchain internals: consensus, gas mechanisms, mempool, tokens.
• Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Anchor, or similar development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Familiarity with IPFS, Pinata, Ceramic, TheGraph, etc.
• Experience with front-end Web3 integration (React.js, Next.js preferred).
• Ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code.
• Understanding of cryptography basics (hashing, signatures, wallets).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkRollups)
• Experience with DeFi protocols, staking, liquidity pools
• Experience with NFT standards and marketplaces
• Exposure to backend development (Node.js, TypeScript)
• Experience with smart contract auditing tools (Slither, MythX, Echidna)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
