Role & responsibilities Responsible for Preparing Business Requirements for IT initiatives Key Responsibilities Facilitate Communication between IT and Business Units to Ensure Mutual Understanding and Collaboration. Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements and Technology Enhancements. Monitor and Report on the progress of IT Projects and Initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ Years of Experience in IT Business partnering or a similar role. Experience with project management and change management. Preferred Skills Experience in a specific industry (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Retail). Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Solutions. Knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools. Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
