Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Sales Manager focusing on Unsecured Business Loans. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients in Raipur markets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and tailoring loan solutions accordingly. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales plans, and reporting activities to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Unsecured Business Loans and financial services.
• Excellent sales and client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and credit assessments.
• Proficiency in preparing and executing sales plans and strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur and travel to Jamshedpur and Ranchi markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
