Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the technical operations and maintenance activities in a large residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and a proven ability to supervise a team of technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and manage a team of 10 technicians across electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, DG, lift, and other facility-related works.
• • Plan, allocate, and monitor daily maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
• • Attend and resolve residents maintenance complaints efficiently.
• • Conduct routine inspections of all technical equipment (electrical panels, DG sets, pumps, lifts, fire safety systems, etc.).
• • Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are followed.
• • Coordinate with management and vendors for repairs, AMC, and service requirements.
• • Maintain proper records of maintenance work, stock of materials, and equipment usage.
• • Ensure safety standards and compliance with statutory regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• • Education: Diploma/ITI/BE in Electrical (mandatory).
• • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in facility/apartment/maintenance management.
• • Strong knowledge of electrical systems; exposure to plumbing, DG, STP/WTP, HVAC, and fire safety is an added advantage.
• • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to supervise technicians and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• • Age: Below 45 years (preferred).
