Are you an expert at bringing international clients to YouTube content creators? AFX Production & Design needs you.

This is a critical, revenue-focused role. You will directly identify, engage, and secure high-value clients for our comprehensive YouTube content solutions. Your existing network and proven ability to close deals with international content creators and businesses will be key.

Your primary mission:

• Directly acquire new clients from OUTSIDE India

• Leverage your existing network and build new relationships with international content creators, brands, and agencies.
• Drive significant revenue by securing contracts for our full suite of YouTube services:

• YouTube Pre-Production & Strategy:

  From concept development to content planning.

• Professional Video Editing:

  Crafting engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

• High-Impact Thumbnail Design:

  Our specialized service designed to boost clicks and views on YouTube, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

• YouTube Channel Management & SEO:

  Optimizing channels for global reach and growth.

We're looking for someone who is:

  proven rainmaker

  with a strong track record of

  international client acquisition

  in the digital content or media industry, specifically for YouTube.

• Highly networked

  within the global YouTube creator ecosystem (faceless or non-faceless content).
• Exceptional at prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and obsessed with hitting sales targets.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently to generate and manage a robust international sales pipeline.
