LOGISTICS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics/supply chain and sales. Strong communication and customer handling skills are necessary for this role, along with familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes. Your good organizational and reporting abilities will be key in executing your responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve operational excellence. - Handle customer relations by resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction. - Onboard new B2B and B2C customers, manage sales growth, and meet targets. - Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. - Collaborate with Delhivery and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/supply chain and sales. - Strong communication and customer handling skills. - Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes. - Good organizational and reporting abilities.
