Logistics Process Trainer

You are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Logistics Process Trainer to join the team. Your role will involve designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to ensure the logistics team operates efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver training programs on US logistics processes and best practices. - Conduct onboarding training for new hires and upskill existing employees. - Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and feedback. - Update training materials regularly to reflect process changes or regulatory updates. - Identify training needs in collaboration with operations and compliance teams. - Provide coaching and ongoing support to team members for enhanced performance. - Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics operations and/or training. - Strong understanding of US transportation regulations, freight brokerage, and supply chain management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop engaging training materials (slides, manuals, videos). - Proficient in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience as a trainer or mentor in a logistics or supply chain environment. - Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or training development is a plus (e.g., CLTD, CPLP).
