Job Description

One of our reputed client requires candidates for the post of Logistics Planner.

Role

Supplier - Production to Collection at Factory AND Customer Warehouse to Customer Delivery
PO to Invoice / Backlog Management
Co-ordinate the entire Backlog on POs (Ensure all POs needed get to Invoice in a timely manner). Monitor their Progress
PO generation
Suppliers Backlog Management
Ensuring all production is in place for Logistics Co-ordinator to collect shipments
Monitor reports such as Under/Over in order to advise if additional POs must be raised
Invoice Approvals
Supplier Relationship Management
Logistics : Ensuring Production is ready for shipment and appropriate PPW (paper work )/CI (Commercial Invoices ) are in place to facilitate the shipping.
