Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, outward, and inventory movement
• Coordinate with suppliers, packaging teams, and dispatch partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee quality checks for gifting items such as apparel, drinkware, accessories, hampers, and personalized products
• Implement efficient storage, tracking, and dispatch processes to maintain accuracy and reduce turnaround time
• Monitor stock levels, maintain updated inventory records, and forecast requirements during peak periods
• Ensure all shipments are packaged securely and dispatched according to client specifications
• Handle logistics escalations and ensure smooth communication between operations, sales, and design teams
• Work with courier partners to optimize delivery timelines and resolve shipment issues quickly.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply-chain management (experience in gifting/e-commerce preferred)
• Strong understanding of packaging standards, product handling, and dispatch workflows
• Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple teams, and manage time-sensitive projects
• Proficiency with inventory management tools/software
• Problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
