Job Description

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE INVESTORS/BOARD

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sea freight forwarding activities, including booking spaces with shipping lines, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in export import logistics, freight forwarding, or related field.
Strong knowledge of international logistics regulations and procedures (import/export).
Proficiency in shipping operations, shipping documentation, and container management.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (supply chain team) as well as external partners (shipping lines).
Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.

COMPENSATION

Includes Fixed Pay and Variable Incentives and will be above Industry Standards
