Job Summary:

The Manager Logistics will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations at the branch, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising vehicle deployment, managing outstanding receivables, maintaining fleet performance, ensuring proper documentation, and tracking operational efficiency through defined KPIs. The incumbent will also be responsible for risk management, driver performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.

Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
15-20 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in logistics software, fleet management tools, and MS Excel for reporting.Strong knowledge of transport regulations, labor compliance, and vendor management.
