We are seeking a Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems).
• Excellent analytical skills to assess logistics performance and identify improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
