Job Description

SAP SD Knowledge is must.
Experience with background in Export/Import/Logistics and customs.
Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Handling Letter of credit.
Basic understanding of Mathematics, like Unitary method, percentage calculation, basic calculation rules.
Good communication skill, patience in handling customer requests.
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Competent in problem solving.
Well versed with international trade, incoterms and payment terms

Sales order entry in SAP
Coordination with plants, forwarders, and customers
Shipment booking & documentation
ACID application for Egyptian customs
Export documentation & bank submissions
Credit analysis & overdue payment follow-ups
Weekly delivery schedules & inventory reports
Bi-weekly sales calls & IFRS reporting
Leading a team of CSRs across geographies

Skills Required:

Strong SAP SD knowledge
Export/Import & customs experience
MS Excel, Word, and LC handling
Mathematical aptitude
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Incoterms & international payment terms
