Logistic Manager

EXP : 2-5 Yrs

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary:

Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies that support the companys supply chain objectives.
Manage end-to-end logistics including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, transportation costs, warehouse efficiency, and order accuracy.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and logistics.
Select and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transport partners.
Optimize transport routes and reduce overall logistics costs without compromising service quality.
Implement and improve systems for real-time tracking of shipments and inventory.
Lead logistics team, including supervisors and warehouse staff; ensure training and development.
Prepare and manage logistics budgets, reports, and forecasts.
