Were looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations for our fast-scaling online jewellery platform.

About the Role:
Youll manage high-value shipments, coordinate multiple logistics partners, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery with gold-standard customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage forward & reverse logistics across India
Handle high-value shipments securely with insurance and tamper-proof packaging
Collaborate with courier partners for on-time and cost-efficient delivery
Manage returns, exchanges, and customer escalations
Optimize costs and monitor logistics performance dashboards
Ideal Candidate:
510 years of logistics or supply chain experience (preferably jewellery or high-value e-commerce)
Strong knowledge of Indian courier ecosystem (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.)
Proficiency with OMS, WMS, and Excel reporting
Meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
