Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics operations inbound and outbound deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners for timely dispatches.
Maintain records of goods movement, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
Monitor warehouse activities and ensure proper storage of materials.
Handle documentation like delivery challans, gate passes, and invoices.
Track and ensure on-time delivery to branches, clients, or project sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.

Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
Experience in IT or service industry preferred.
