Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Incharge at Retail Outlets

Plan and monitor daily delivery schedules in the branch
Supervise drivers and helpers; ensure safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for dispatch and receipt or targeting or delivery
Track vehicles, manage routes, and control delivery costs - tempo sheets
Maintain records of deliveries, vehicle usage, and fuel.
Resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or shortages.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on delivery performance.
In-store stocking and stock management

Requirements:

12th/ Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
3 to 5 years experience in delivery or logistics (retail/FMCG preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and basic Excel/ERP use.
Leadership ability and a results-oriented approach.
