Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations. Your main tasks will include ensuring timely movement of materials, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate receipt of materials from vendors and suppliers - Ensure timely unloading, inspection, and inward entry of materials - Verify invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs - Coordinate with stores/warehouse for proper storage - Track inbound shipments and resolve discrepancies or delays - Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods/materials - Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and route planning - Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, LR, delivery challan) - Ensure on-time delivery to customers/projects - Track outbound shipments and handle delivery issues - Maintain logistics records and MIS reports - Monitor transportation costs and optimize logistics efficiency - Coordinate with procurement, stores, finance, and project teams - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements - Handle transporter billing and reconciliation - Support audits and inventory control activities Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field - 25 years of experience in inbound and outbound logistics operations - Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and documentation - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.) - Good communication and coordination skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: - Experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects - Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and statutory logistics compliance (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
