Job Summary: We seek a Logistics Executive / Trainee with knowledge of vehicle procurement, dispatch tracking, and logistics bill processing . The role involves coordinating transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing logistics expenses. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle procurement and negotiate with vendors. Monitor dispatch tracking and ensure on-time deliveries. Process logistics bills and verify payments. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with transport regulations. Liaise with internal teams for smooth logistics operations. Requirements : Executive: Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in logistics. Trainee: Fresh graduate/diploma holder in Logistics or Supply Chain. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Strong coordination and negotiation skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Haora, Howrah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: SAP Supply Chain Management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
