Logistics Executive

As an Officer / Executive Logistic at our organization based in Khopoli, Maharashtra, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of logistics effectively. With a qualification of B. Com/M. Com and 5-8 years of experience in logistic management, you will be responsible for coordinating all exports and imports, supervising dispatches, and ensuring timely movement of cargo. Your proven track record in successful project management will be crucial in this role, as you will be liaising with local vendors, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to facilitate smooth operations. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be essential in supervising the dispatch of finished materials to customers worldwide. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will come into play as you review shipment-related documents, coordinate with shipping agents, and ensure timely communication of shipping documents to customers. Your familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance will be beneficial in handling import/export documentation efficiently. Additionally, you will be required to visit Customs offices when necessary and assist management in obtaining various import/export-related licenses. Your attention to detail and ability to make necessary amendments to documents as per regulatory requirements will be highly valued in this role. This is a permanent position with a salary ranging from 6 to 8 Lacs per annum, in line with industry standards. The job involves day shifts at our office location.
