Logistics Coordinator

You will be joining Punarabhi Logistics as a Sea Freight Logistics Coordinator in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. As a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sea Freight / Logistics, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all documentation and operational activities related to sea freight exports and imports. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate processing of all sea freight operations, including FCL & LCL shipments. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating end-to-end sea freight operations, preparing and verifying export/import documents, liaising with shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers, and clients, tracking shipments, handling bookings with carriers, ensuring proper cargo stuffing coordination and container planning, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes, resolving operational issues efficiently, and coordinating with overseas agents for pre-alerts. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of export/import procedures and shipping documentation, excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs clearance, exceptional communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a proactive team-player attitude.
