The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a scheduling or administrative role, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Having experience in the US Voice process/Customer Support/ Customer service/Customer management.
• Prior experience in customer service is valued.
• Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
