Role Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator International Logistics at ZYOD, your responsibility is to ensure seamless logistics operations for orders in collaboration with account managers. Your primary focus will include coordinating shipments, tracking consignments, managing documentation, China imports, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to compliance and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Set processes for logistically managing shipping based on PO requirements to all international locations. - Be well versed with all buyer manuals on logistics. - Manage buyer-wise data on the destination/incoterms and forwarder agreed upon in the agreement. - Coordinate with the demand team to efficiently plan and execute international shipments. - Work with factory logistics and production department on shipment planning and consolidation when required. - Ensure smooth movement of goods by liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities. - Collaborate with buyer logistics on forwarder and stuffing related concerns. - Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance papers. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. - Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies. - Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and ensuring timely deliveries. - Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics for reporting purposes. - Support in implementing logistics best practices and process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 10+ years in international logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping processes, Incoterms, customs regulations, China imports/duties, Govt taxation, and drawbacks. - Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, demand teams, and carriers. - Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills to resolve logistics challenges. - Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and tracking shipments. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective coordination.
