Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Coordinator, located in Trivandrum, with some work from home acceptable. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing logistics data, communicating with clients and partners, and troubleshooting any issues that arise in the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics data and optimize processes
• Excellent Communication skills essential for liaising with clients, partners, and team members
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Capabilities in Supply Chain Management to streamline operations and ensure timely deliveries
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
