Logistics Coordinator

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries and complaints for six stores in the Western Region. This person will act as the single point of contact between the stores, the Bangalore transportation team, and the complaints division. The goal is simple — ensure every delivery happens on time and every issue gets resolved quickly. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily deliveries and complaint schedules for six stores Communicate with the Bangalore transport and complaints teams via email and calls Manage a team of 7–8 people (delivery staff and technicians) Track pending deliveries, service calls, and material issues (like missing parts or faulty mechanisms) Maintain delivery and complaint reports in Excel or Google Sheets Ensure all service standards meet the company’s premium furniture quality benchmarks Required Skills: Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good written and verbal communication Experience managing delivery or service teams Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Preferred Background: Logistics, retail, or furniture industry experience Prior coordination role handling multiple stores or regions
