Job Description

Your role overview will involve managing various aspects of logistics and transportation operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely processing, tracking, and delivery of customer orders. - Being well-versed in vehicle and goods documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and pod. - Having knowledge of air freight services and road transport. - Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Advance Excel, MS Word, and MIS. - Planning and coordinating transportation activities for on-time deliveries. - Monitoring stock levels and efficiently managing warehouse operations. - Communicating effectively with transporters, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. - Maintaining accurate records, invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Controlling transportation and warehousing costs to enhance efficiency. - Addressing delivery issues, delays, and providing updates to customers. - Identifying gaps and improving logistics processes for better efficiency. - Ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines. - Preparing reports on shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.
