Logistics Coordinator

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse, driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance, Operation, Warranty, Depot Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams), oversee inventory processes, and manage vendor relationships, among other responsibilities.

Youll specifically take care of managing NCR/repairable materials, consignment stock reconciliation, and shift planning, but also handle storage and preservation of special stock.

Well look to you for:

• Managing NCR/repairable material processes effectively
• Ensuring accurate consignment stock management and reconciliation
• Planning and deploying shifts to meet operational requirements
• Handling long-term storage, preservation, and special stock requirements
• Performing receipt, issuance, and dispatch of goods using SAP transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely kitting plans and deliveries to the shop floor
• Executing cycle counts and annual stock counts, with SAP reporting
• Maintaining stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Managing hazardous and non-hazardous scrap processes
• Ensuring proper packaging and dispatch of materials
• Maintaining compliance with Alstoms EHS and quality standards

• MBA or B.Tech degree
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory processes
• Proficiency in SAP/GSI and Ariba systems
• Familiarity with managing hazardous materials, shelf-life items, and batteries
• Strong leadership skills, including agility, business acumen, and the ability to manage uncertainty
• Effective team-building and collaboration skills
• Empathy and the ability to manage diversity in the workplace
• Customer-focused mindset with integrity and managerial courage
• At least 10 years of experience in warehouse activities
