Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: Liaison between warehouse and courier/delivery partners so as to ensure timely and smooth delivery to customers Work on the delivery tracker software Prepare delivery and dispatch related reports Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances regarding dispatch status Pay utmost attention to details Provide quick, prompt, and correct responses Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner Regular follow-up & updates to concerned Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills Should have good work ethics and calm attitude Should be able to manage escalations and queries Excellent MS-Excel working skills (Basic) Show more Show less
