Logistics Assistant

· Email Management Organizing, sorting, and prioritizing incoming emails and replying. · Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and escalating complex cases to superiors. · Professional communication with clients, colleagues, and others. · Assisting day today activities to logistics head and documenting all data in system. · Enters data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations. · Keeping records of email interactions and relevant information to be escalated to seniors. · Should have good communication skills, system knowledge and email drafting. · Any degree with 0-3 years of experience in logistics and Packages 15K – 20K per month. · Hindi speaking and immediate joiner will be most preferable. · Work location will be in Chennai Villivakkam.
