Job Description

Inventory Management: Receiving, unpacking, stocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory levels.
Shipping & Receiving: Processing incoming/outgoing shipments, preparing packing lists, labels, and dispatching stock.
Documentation: Completing paperwork, purchase orders, delivery notes, and updating logistics software.
Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
Reporting: Documenting damages, discrepancies, and providing updates to management.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Typical Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
Proficiency with MS Office and logistics software.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting.
