Job Summary:

Logistics and Supply Chain Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement activities.
Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs such as delivery accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover.
Lead a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Implement and maintain supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma).
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with international logistics and customs regulations.
Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain operations.
