Processes Return Material Authorizations (RMA)Assists resolves Receipt non conformities (distress ).Reviews Processes Inventory Adjustment RequestsAssists resolves Proof of Delivery IssuesProvides order status as well as information around delays and other order related issues to customers if required.Processes and resolves order exception reportsProcesses customer complaints and provides status to customersHandles Order Escalations (allocations and prioritization)Provides adequate response/information to questions/requests from in and external customers.Handles Customer, Product and Order HoldsMaintains PricelistsHandles Part SubstitutionsReports quality issues/concerns to appropriate personnelAssists in initiatives driving towards a seamless order flowRecognizes and reports process and system non conformities
