Location Sales Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

Role Overview: As a Location Manager in the Risk Control Unit, your primary responsibility will involve evaluating credit requirements for potential customers, both strategic and retail. This will require you to underwrite and prepare credit assessment notes that include a detailed analysis of the business, management, and financials. You will be tasked with analyzing balance sheets and other financial statements to identify risk factors effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market, competitor, and dealer visits as necessary to stay updated on market changes. - Act proactively based on the information gathered from market visits. - Ensure timely processing of proposals to improve time to market. - Liaise with Relationship Managers and the company involved to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of sanctions. - Adhere to credit policies and RBI guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance. - Continuously monitor infant delinquencies to uphold a healthy credit portfolio. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in credit evaluation, underwriting, and risk analysis. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.,
