Role & responsibilities Job Description: Position: Sales- Non FLS Designation Location Manager Department Marketing Sub-Department / Vertical Agency Partnership Location Bangalore Reporting Manager Cluster Manager or Regional Manager Role Summary: Purpose: The primary purpose of the Location Manager in the Agency Partnership role at Shriram Life Insurance Company is to support the growth and development of the company's Agency Partnership channel. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Location Manager to lead our Agency Partnership channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of Business Managers and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies at the ground level Role Requirements: Education: Any Bachelors degree or Postgraduate Preferred candidate profile Experience Range: Minimum 4+ years of experience across a maximum of 2 companies, with at least 2+ years in the current organization. Must be currently based at the designated location. Team handling experience is mandatory. Professional Experience/ Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of insurance products and the financial services industry. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in the local language is required for effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 6 Business Managers to achieve business targets. Drive recruitment and development of insurance advisors through the agency model. Ensure consistent performance and productivity of the team. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback. Build strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders. Implement local marketing and activation strategies to support business growth. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics. You will be responsible for multiple locations.
