Job Description

Translation and Language Services team is part of the BGSW, primarily serving customers within BOSCH Group. We are a young and motivated team working in multi-lingual environment with customers across the globe. To complement the team we are looking for a Process Delivery Manager. In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, ideating and working on new solutions and constantly improvise processes in the Translation and Language Services business area.

You will join a team of talented language professionals who work tirelessly to enable Bosch World to collaborate effortlessly by breaking language barriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing end to end translation tasks and projects

  • Responsible for day to day operations of the team

  • Manage existing processes efficiently and incorporate changes to gain efficiency

  • Proactively resolve escalations

  • Drive a metrics-driven operating culture

  • Ensure SLAs are met and KPIs are tracked

  • Conceive and manage MIS and KPIs

  • Ensure resource deployment to achieve utilization as per the SLA

  • Implement corrective or preventive actions wherever necessary

  • Understand unique skillsets of each resource and accordingly deploy in projects/tasks

  • Training and skillset management of team

  • Drive various initiatives to improve processes, drive changes

  • Evaluate processes to identify automation opportunities and drive automation

  • Keep accurate track of the processes and report progress to company stakeholders

  • Constant customer engagement via discussion, touch-points, addressing queries, feedback sessions etc.

  • Capacity planning/hiring with long term vision in mind

  • Performance management of team members

  • Engage vendors to suit business needs, resources/capacity planning, managing and clearing invoices, working together to gain optimal efficiency

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

  • Keen eye for details with out of the box thinking and offbeat ideas

  • Eye for details and understanding numbers

  • Strong working knowledge in MS office

  • Reliant ability to perform independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple priorities and different objectives simultaneously

  • Sound analytical and multi-tasking skills and networking capability

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of CAT tools e. g. SDL Trados and its functionalities and Translation Management Systems

  • Understanding of Machine Translation Engine/ Gen AI/ Machine Learning

  • Self-driven, result oriented and quick learner

  • Good people management skills

  • Broad cultural knowledge and wide range of interests

  • Flexible, a team player, detail-oriented, a self-driven leader, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
