About the Role

Loan Syndication

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end
Loan Syndication
activities including drawdowns, paydowns, conversions, rollovers, interest, and fee processing.
Review and validate
agent notices, loan documents, and transactional instructions
for accuracy.
Perform
cash and position reconciliations
, investigate breaks, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support operational tasks related to
CDO/CLO & DCO structures
with accurate booking and system updates.
Handle daily client processing tasks, including STP/manual processing, exception handling, and account maintenance.
Serve as a
primary point of contact
for internal/external clients; manage queries and support complex issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and strengthen risk control frameworks.
Guide junior team members and support escalations as needed.
Maintain high accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years
of experience in Loan Operations, Loan Syndication, Reconciliation, Client Processing, or related capital markets functions.
Strong understanding of:

Loan Syndication (cash & position reconciliation)
Bonds & Equity basics
DCO,
CLO/CDO structures

Loan Syndication experience is preferred
(NEW UPDATE).
Brokerage processing experience is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of
capital markets
and
custody operations
.
Strong
Excel skills
: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving and time management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
